1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Saba Tasks website and mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SabaTasks is a marketplace platform that connects individuals or businesses seeking services ("Customers") with independent professionals willing to provide those services ("Taskers"). SabaTasks itself does not provide the services; we merely facilitate the connection and transaction between Customers and Taskers.

3. User Accounts & Vetting

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Taskers: To bid on jobs, Taskers must undergo a verification process, which includes submitting a valid National ID. SabaTasks reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Taskers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of SabaTasks. Taskers are solely responsible for providing their own tools, paying their own taxes, and determining their own working hours and methods.

5. Payments and Fees

• Customers: Customers agree to pay the agreed-upon price for completed tasks, plus any applicable platform service fees (5-10%).
• Taskers (Connects): Taskers may be required to use "Connects" (platform tokens) to bid on jobs. SabaTasks deducts a 5-15% service fee from the final payout of a completed job.
• All payments must be processed through the SabaTasks platform. Cash transactions outside the platform violate these terms and may result in a ban.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Customer and a Tasker, users should first attempt to resolve the issue directly via the in-app chat. If unresolved, users can open a formal dispute with Saba Tasks Support. SabaTasks will act as a mediator, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

SabaTasks is not liable for any damages, injury, or loss arising out of the performance of a task. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the tasks performed by Taskers. You use the platform at your own risk.
